To create a place where people can come together to remember how to live in harmony with themselves, with other people, and with the Earth. As children we intuitively understand love, harmony, peacefulness, joy, but somehow as we grow older we begin to put up walls, to block the fullness of life and love, scared to let the world see who we truly are and scared to be fully connected to other human beings. At Harmony Healing Resort, we are consciously working to restore that balance and that harmony to life.
Our goal is to live life abundantly - to remember what it means to stop and smell the flowers, to smile and connect deeply with a stranger, and to fully love all that you are. We are here to just love and have fun! We welcome everyone to this healing space. Whether you want to explore yoga, meditation, tantric arts, music, art, non-violent communication, fear releasing, wholehearted living, vulnerability and expressing your truth, mindfulness, compassion, conscious communities, gratitude circles, organic farming, life filled food, body positivity, holistic healing or even how to reconnect with mother earth and learn how to recharge your batteries we welcome you to dabble in whatever speaks to you. And if you want to share your passions with us we welcome you, whether it’s for a couple days, months, or years. We are all imperfectly perfect and it is through our perfect imperfections that we invite you into this sharing circle. Come as a learner, a teacher, a healer, a guest, a helper, a resident and together let us step into the fullness of life, hope, love, and joy.
Love or Fear
“Every single free choice you ever undertake arises out of one of the only two possible thoughts there are: a thought of love or a thought of fear.
Fear is the energy which contracts, closes down, draws in, runs, hides, hoards, harms.
Love is the energy which expands, opens up, sends out, stays, reveals, shares, heals.
Fear wraps our bodies in clothing, love allows us to stand naked. Fear clings to and clutches all that we have, love gives all that we have away. Fear holds close, love holds dear. Fear grasps, love lets go. Fear rankles, love soothes. Fear attacks, love amends.
Every human thought, word, or deed is based in one emotion or the other. You have no choice about this because there is nothing else from which to choose. But you have free choice about which of these to select”
The entire world as we know it is based in fear… all of our actions/reactions are based in fear or derivatives of that fear. But what would the world look like if instead of choosing to act/react in fear we choose love, in every interaction, at every moment? At Harmony Healing Resort and Conscious Community, collectively and as individuals, we are consciously choosing love and all the derivatives of love.
